Grace’s Cleaning

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This policy explains how Grace’s Cleaning handles personal information collected through our cleaning-services website and related inquiries. It does not cover the separate Grace’s product store or other websites you reach through links.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, arrange a walkthrough, send a message, or contact us by email, phone, or text, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, city, business name, property details, service preferences, timing, and message. Follow-up correspondence may include a service address or photos you send us. Required fields are identified on each form.

Please do not submit payment-card details, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through our forms. For specialized cleaning, describe the service needed without identifying anyone’s medical condition or sharing unnecessary personal details.

Our hosting and technology providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and referring links to deliver, secure, and measure the website.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, prepare estimates, coordinate requested services, send confirmations and service-related updates, and maintain customer correspondence. We also use website information to understand traffic, measure advertising, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting a service inquiry is not, by itself, consent to unrelated promotional texts.

Who receives information

Form submissions are saved in our private inquiry dashboard and sent to designated business and owner email inboxes so we can respond. Authorized business personnel and providers supporting our hosting, data storage, email delivery, and website operations may process this information. The website is hosted on Abacus.AI; Google receives information through the advertising technology described below.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect people or legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. Our inquiry forms do not offer customer details for sale. However, advertising-related disclosures may qualify as “sharing,” a “sale,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; those terms can apply even without a monetary payment.

Cookies, traffic measurement, and Google

Our own traffic counter records aggregate daily page-view totals by page and website environment. It does not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, or form contents in those counters, and it does not use tracking cookies. Older counters are removed as new activity is processed using a rolling 90-day retention window. This is separate from provider logs and Google’s tracking.

The website includes a Google Ads tag. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to receive information about your browser, device, visits, and interactions, associate visits with advertising, and measure or personalize ads according to its settings. Google Analytics may also be used when configured. Google may combine this information with activity across other websites or services. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Essential cookies support private administrator sign-in and security. Your browser may also store interface preferences. The website currently has no cookie-preference banner and does not automatically change tracking in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can limit optional information you provide, block or delete cookies through your browser, and manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center. Browser and Google controls have limits, may apply only to a particular browser or account, and do not necessarily stop all data collection.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Contact us using the email below to make a request, including an opt-out request. Email requests are handled manually; sending one does not itself block tags on your device.

We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before responding. We will handle applicable requests within legally required time limits, subject to permitted exceptions, and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If we deny a request, you may ask us to review the decision by emailing “Privacy appeal” with the reason for your appeal. You may also contact your state attorney general or other relevant privacy regulator.

Retention and security

Inquiry records and email correspondence do not currently have a single automatic deletion period. How long information is needed depends on ongoing requests, service relationships, recordkeeping obligations, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion; legal requirements and necessary records may limit what can be removed, and backup copies may remain until replaced through normal backup processes.

Inquiry-dashboard access is restricted to authorized administrators. We use access controls and hosted infrastructure to help protect information, but no website, email system, or storage method can guarantee complete security. Our technology providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Children’s privacy

Our services and website are intended for adults arranging cleaning services, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will appear here with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change. This notice does not waive any rights you have under applicable law.
